1. Change Download Location Using Windows Settings

Step 1. First of all, click on the Windows Start button and select ‘Settings.’

Step 2. On the Settings page, click on the ‘System ‘option.

2. Move Apps to alternative Drive

If, for any reason, if you are not able to contrivance the above method, you need to follow this one. In this method, you would need to move apps downloaded from the Microsoft Store. The feature doesn’t work with every apps and game. It only works with apps that were installed through the Microsoft Store.

Step 1. First of all, click on the Windows Start button and select ‘Settings.’

Step 2. On the Settings page, click on the ‘Apps.’

Step 3. Under the ‘Apps & Features,’ select the app to move and click on the ‘Move‘button.

Step 4. On the next popup, select the drive where you want to move the app.

Step 5. Once selected, click on the ‘Move’ button.
